The St. Luke's parent community gathered on the Hilltop on Aug. 30 for the annual New Parent BBQ, which fosters connection and welcomes new St. Luke's parents and guardians to the school.
After the Parent Orientation program, families gathered on the Be Kind Plaza to mingle and hear welcome remarks from Director of Enrollment Jason Giffen. The evening concluded with a delicious buffet dinner from FLIK on the Upper Field, made even sweeter by a beautiful sunset over the Athletic Center and treeline surrounding campus. Parents left the BBQ with key information, new contacts and friends, and words of wisdom from seasoned SLS families.
Thank you to the St. Luke's Parents' Association for their leadership, creativity, and event planning expertise, especially Co-Chairs Lia Coleman and Connie Bennett and Parents' Association Co-Presidents Suzanne Sherter and Jennifer Kubick.
